Incoherent Thoughts

264/300 (normal) missions completed on Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. I'm doing progress! =D I'm pretty sure I haven't managed to miss doing any missions, as I've been completing everything possible for me before going forward. Is it even possible to miss any missions other than through dropping one-time mission items? I'm pretty sure I haven't done that, either. Although even with these, I have no idea where the majority of the remaining ones are hiding. I only have one story-mission left (I think. Ambervale could have several missions. I haven't visited it yet) Obviously you have to be able to continue the game after completing story missions (at least, the next story mission if there's several, as there's one slot for them left) as there are the additional ones that become available after completing all 300, so maybe they'll be unlocked after the next story mission.

The limit on the number of mission items you can carry at one time is annoying. My inventory is full all the time, and then I keep panicking about what to throw away to add a new mission item that could possibly be a one-time item (obviously if it's new I don't know such a thing yet unless I check) It doesn't help that the renewable ones are needed too, and I've forgotten what renewables were already used in the beginning of the story.
Guess I should just give up and check, but...

I got Ezel in my clan! I was a bit excited about that until I noticed that he can't learn any new abilities, and neither can he switch jobs. And while he has a pretty good magic stat, he has no offensive spells...in other words, he's pretty much useless. I'm not about to take him into a battle with me if all he can offer is a target-all sleep spell and Astra (which damages MP), when all my other mages (/mage-ish types) can do both support and damage. *sighs and shakes head* What kind of an idiot decided he shouldn't have any damaging spells? Or even that he couldn't have more support-type spells? >.>
Oh yeah, talking about secret-ish characters...it seems that I really did miss getting Eldena into my clan. The mission item for her (?) must've been used pretty early if I hadn't even checked the secret characters back then. I have all the others I've had a chance to get for now. Only Littlevili to go, and then the story-characters after game completion.

My people are level 23-28. I keep trying to even out the gap but I'm not succeeding all that well. Just when I've managed to do it, higher-level missions appear and require me to use the highest level characters to beat them...I'm not about to send in my level 23-24s against level 33+ enemies.

Playing FFTA this intensively has made me remember how addicting that game is. Maybe I'll have to get FFTA2 right at the start of the month after all. I'd been thinking of getting it a bit later, but..yeah.

It's hot again. Hot, hot, hot. I hate summer. D:
