I'm absolutely
convinced that the black-clothed man with Rydia, Luca, Edge and the Eblan Four is Golbez. No other choice. It kinda whittles the selection down when people recognize each other, and the reactions tell a lot, even if a name isn't mentioned..
Yeah, the Edge chapter. Finally got around to reading it. Most of it was just Gekkou, Zangetsu, Izayoi and Tsukinowa's information gathering trips to different parts of the world, but the end got some serious action. Edge and the Eblan Four managed to escape from the mysterious girl (..the one who summoned Bahamut on Cecil and Rosa and attacked Palom and Leonora). That's amazing, has anyone else managed to escape from her yet? =D That's how they ended up with Rydia and Luca. They dropped down from the Tower of Babel...straight to Luca's airship. xD;
...I still haven't figured out how Golbez got back on Gaia. But shouldn't be too big a feat, since the second moon is back.
The timeline for Return of the Moon is a bit hard to put together. All the chapters (except the prologue) this far have happened at about the same time.

bit past my bedtime now. Don't want to go to sleep yet though, there's so much I've been meaning to do and it annoys me that I never get around to doing them. Currently trying to decide whether to finish reading/writing summaries of the second volume of Beyond the Boundless Sky, or read one more chapter of Memories Like the Sunshine (a FFCC short story, from the Ultimania. By Benny Matsuyama..did I mention this before when rambling about the FFCC Ultimania?) before this week's Vampire Knight episode finishes downloading.
